We accept refund requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in original packaging where applicable.

Refunds may be approved for:

• damaged items
• defective products
• incorrect items received
• items not delivered within a reasonable timeframe

We do not accept refunds for:

• normal wear and tear
• misuse or accidental damage
• change of mind after the item has shipped (unless otherwise required by law)

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
